Export Alert/Action Profiles
It would be useful to be able to export alert profiles to a text file (even if they couldn't be imported). It would make it much easier to update them if, for example you could search for a phone number that has changed in order to make sure you caught all the actions it is in.

More macros for report headers
It would be useful to have the date macros such as %mmmm%, %ww%, %yyyy%, etc., available in the custom report headers. That way we could display a title such as "Availability Report for August 2006", and our management would have some chance of knowing what it was.
