I want to Know why

Ok - I change port :'(

But .. I want to Know why - It's very stranger

I have executed the Cmd and reboot the Server.
I have check Tcp Port, Application and process. The same message appared. "RMA cannot be launched in multiple instances ..." (First post ScreenShot)
Have you other Solution ?

Ok, I program a Reboot of my server tonight.
