Comment is static field while IP can change at any time.
You may use Custom HTML report and %IP4% variable

I said this in my 1st reply - I assume its not a "valid" number. E.g. string with dot returned from the server while you are using comma as decimal separator on HostMonitor system.

We rechecked code and do not see what is wrong :(
Could you please send rma.ini to support (by e-mail)?

What timeout is set for the tests?

Well, in such cases Windows is a black box. It does not tell you what exactly is wrong. It just returns error code to HostMonitor that means "Access is denied". So we cannot tell you what is wrong either. Different test methods require different permissions. E.g. - CPU Usage, Performance C...

We re-tested HostMonitor with non-domain target Windows Server 2019 system, running HostMonitor on domain member, tests work fine. May be some non-standard policies? UAC mode on target system? Normally HostMonitor service should be started under some non-localsystem account, otherwise it will not be...

If you copied some extra files to remote system then MIB Browser could "think" its installed on HostMonitor system and did not allow to modify SNMP credentials
