Good morning, it's not so easy to get in contact with you, because of the different time zones. When you start your day, my is allready close to end. Ok, I have installed RMA on the WinNT Server. But it dsen't matter, because I installed for testing a HostMonitor on a WinNT Server, and I get the sam...

PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! :D

This is the best support I ever got!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what I'm looking for. The batch-file I'm creating has to run anyways as administrator, so it dosn't matter.

Thanks a lot, now I can make some points at my boss 8)

Good morning Alex, that is exactly what we are looking for. But it would be nice to have some switches to set the password, to set the connection IP, to activate and to start the service. But the idea from Marcus is also a good one. Because right now you have to touch every machine personally. Regar...

Hello, the main idear was to create a batch file wich copies the RMA folder to the remote machines and install the service, with password and post and so on. I created allready a batch file to generate the import text files, one for each test catagory (CPU, Ping and so on). We want to use the HostMo...

RMA Installation

Hello,

Is it posible to install the RMA remote?

For example to install RMA with a batch file on a remote system.

Are there command line parameters to use RMA?

The solution to create a new every day is fine, but is it possible to have an auto delete funktion.
For example: delete the log files after 30 days.
It looks like the only chance to have this funktion is to use a batch file, or is there a way with HM?

Sorry, I found the problem! I started the HM as a normel user, now I changed it to Domain Admin and it works. By the way, the HostMon is an excellent tool, it takes some time to find everything what you need (still if your boss has some dreams), but finally all test are running!! :D Regards Claas

Repeat Test

Just a small one,

is it possible to set time intervals to repeat a test. It is not really usefull when a test status turn bad and the test will be repeat immediately several times.

To test the terminalsessions we use an external program test.
You have to copie the program quser.exe in the host monitor file.
Than you have to run an external program test withe the quser.exe und the condition: equal to.

Maby this is what you are looking for.
