Thank you and Regards, Jürgen

Thanks for the quick response! I thought it would be a different error because of the difference in the v563at56n address. I actually know about the other issue and applied it before I posted this 0essage. I used the dll from XP, but this time it did not solve the problem. Later I called MS to get t...

Replace DLL
Hi, sorry I am on the road, can't check the required infos. But I run HM since my intial reply to Alex with a couple of hundred thousand tests since then and never had the problem again. Just copy the DLL into the original folder AND the cached DLL folder. That bypasses the file protection system. G...

Traffic Monitor: Reports "Host is alive"
When creating a new test or changing a test (Type: Traffic Monitor) the first time the test is executed it reports "Host is alive" instead of "Ok" with a reply value.
OS: Windows XP SP1

Well, after I send this topic yesterday, I was guessing that the Alert setting also affects what traffic is measured. That is, however, not clear out of the documentation or User Interface which only talks about the Alert settings. May be you can add a note about that in the documentation then you a...

Test Traffic Monitor, option to select which traffic
Hi,
this test is great. I can finally replace MRTG and rather consolidated testing within HM.
However (users are never happy
) I wish one could select which traffic to monitor:
a) In only
b) Out only
c) In and Out
Thank you.

Yes, I know about the %TestId% variable and I'd like to use it. I log all tests into SQL Server database and like to join the test rows with other tables one containing the test plan details. The Test Plan is created via the Reports option in HM. Would be great if you could add the TestId. Thanks, J.
