Thanks Alex. I found the answer in my situation is my fellow IT staff changed permissions on my domain acct that Host Monitor uses - they had removed it as an admin from the Citrix farm. I now have 23 action profiles, is there a way to sort them alphabetically? I know they're in Actions.LST but it's more than a simple ASCII document... :smile:

I monitor many services and want to have them restart at the first fail. Is there a way to tell Host Monitor to restart the service it's monitoring instead of creating 200 action properties? for each server and service?
