support issue then
Good to know, we'll do some further testing and follow up with a support request if necessary.
Wildcards
Hello:
We need the ability to run file tests and directory tests with globbing aka wildcards. Is this going to be added any time soon?
Thanks.

untrusted process can't be trusted
There's no way to be sure that HM created a report just because I configured it to do so. Maybe the folder where it's supposed to write to got deleted, maybe the disk had an error, maybe there was a bit flip in the middle of the function call, maybe the OS has a bug that prevents it from writing, et...

proxies.lst import/export
Hello: We need to be able to import proxy information like we can with the tests. Is there a way to do this? I tried looking at the native file, but it's some kind of binary encoded file type... We're trying to script provisioning of our proxy testing and this is a critical point in being able to do...

Yes, under Reports | Autogenerate options... The way we'd like to have it: Report runs, if successful executes good action. Else it executes bad action. The way it seems to work now: It's merely timed to run at the same interval. That's why it must be configured in the profile from standard to "...

Action based on successful report generation
Based on my reading and understanding of the product, the feature "Execute action profile when complete" is really just a parallel action that would complete at the same time assuming the report runs. This is a function of the fact that the action must run on a schedule base and not becaus...

SNMP and repeating dependent tests
I know the SNMP trap code is different than for the rest, but I have two tests. The parent is an SNMP trap type. The child type is irrelevant. When the SNMP trap fails once, the child should activate and repeat every minute. However, this doesn't happen. The child runs once and once only instead of ...

Folder of good tests
So the %FolderTestsGood% hasn't been implemented? Basically, I would like to setup expressions that force tests to wait if a certain percentage of tests from another folder fail. An expression like this would help me: ('%::FolderWithTests::FolderTestsGood::%'>"4") or something like that......

Did the stat macro vars ever get implemented?
The post from 2002 suggests that this would be implemented. Are these variables available in version 5.92?

RCC time behavior
Now I understand. Yes, it would be very helpful if we had an override since some people have no inclination to set their local machines to 24 clock format, but nonetheless expect that from the monitoring system. I changed my local system to 24 hr clock and that worked fine with the RCC. My last requ...

Prior to posting this, I fulfilled the following: Version: 5.92 OS: Windows 2003 Server -Read the manual -Searched the forums -Checked the FAQ section -Fumbled around on the console cluelessly :-? Problem: AM/PM clock is problematic for a 24/7 operation. I changed this on the server under Options | ...

Please ignore the post above
The link is to a kludge that probably shouldn't be used. After pondering the situation a little more, I realized that it's fine. Sorry for the unnecessary posting.
