I' ll send you the filename as part of a txt file.
Now you can copy/paste it on the filename of the jpg file.
Hope now you have the same (bad) filename.

I tried it on my own system (XP / SP1) where HM crashes too with that file.

I see the 'special' characters in the filename of the attachment are stripped when mailed. (I tested with a on-line mailbox and via Exchange/Oulook 2003)

I'm sure "remote registry" service isn't available on my NT4 server(s).
I checked other servers where I check processes too with HM without any problem, and I don't see that service ...

Sometimes (on one particular server) the process test fails. When I reboot that server, the problem is solved. During the fail of that test, there is no reply. You can also check the lifetime of a folder is you set a path without a file.
The folder date/time is changed when a file within that folder is changed, added, removed.

I want to setup an escalation alert when a test is bad for (example) one hour, independent of the test interval. (sometimes 5 or 10, ... minutes)
I think it must be possible via a formula in action properties => advanced mode.
