Is there a way to supress alerts from a secondary instance of HostManager? For instance, to run the monitor to adjust tests, but not have duplicate alerts going out while the program is open?

That explains it-- the service was running!

Two followup questions--

1. Will the KS Advanced Host Monitor service play a sound when the action is called for?

2. Will the KS Web Service trigger alerts on its own, for instance email and sounds?

My apologies if this is a dumb question... Whenever there's a status change in a test, duplicate emails are received, a few seconds apart.
