No Firewall installed. No antivirus installed. No content monitoring software installed. There is no non-standard winsock configuration that I am aware of.

RMA won't start

Running Windows 2000 SP4. RMA version 4.00

When trying to run rma.exe, I get a popup window.
The application failed to initialize properly (0x00000005). Click OK to terminate the application.

I get the same error trying to initialize rma_cfg.exe and rma_active.exe.

How to create a view for tests created after a certain date

I've tried specifying the expression;
%CreatedTime% > '05/01/2010'
And I've tried
%CreatedTime% > 05/01/2010

Neither returns any records, and I've created tests today. Any ideas? Is it even possible to do this?

ShellScript test returns no results

Since upgrading from 7.78 to 8.00 beta, a large number of the shellscript tests I perform are showing unknown for a status. I am executing them all via RMAs, just upgraded to RMA 3.92. These shellscript tests read a local .ini file to determine the machine name, SQL database name, SQL username, and ...

Those statistical variables for folders would be quite useful to me.

I figured out the dr. watson part. The Dr. Watson errors were an SQL error from my ODBC logging. But I'm still getting that I/O error when it tries to generate the html reports.

No Anti-Virus loaded on any of the systems. From Hostmonitor I get the following under reply "RMA: Cannot read data". Status is "Unknown". I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but the RMA is loaded on the other side of a frame relay connection, and connecting to the re...

When I use RMA 1.16, I don't see as many of these errors. They still occur, but not as frequently.
