I think it is a lucent device. Copperpot, can you browse it using the HM mib browser? If so, you should be able to see if the oid you specify really exists.

Report for last 24 hours with selected tests

Hello,

I am trying to create an automated report, which will contain all tests that in the last 24 hours had their status changed from good to bad (or-unknown) more than 5 times. Is this possible to achieve using HM?

When the trap test goes off (red), i use RCC to ack it but it does not go back to green We still cannot reproduce the problem 1) Could you please answer all my questions? Not just 1st one? 2) Have you set "Good message filter" to "Set Ok status by acknowledgement"? Regards Alex ...
