What about RMA's "failure" log (log2.txt by default)? Any records? It's empty Are you sure password is correct? Absolutely I do not understand. You cannot connect to HM using telnet because HM does not listen on port that is used for HM<->RMA comminucations. I tried to manage HM via telne...
