I am a little confused on the RMA. Is it designed to only monitor the remote computer on which it is actually installed or can it be used to monitor other computers it is networked to?
I would like to install one RMA per remote site and allow that RMA to monitor 5 or 6 other computers and pass the results on to the server. Is that possible?
Does RMA allow for monitoring of other computers?

Yes, of course. RMA just need to have access (with necessary permissions) to that servers. E.g. if you want to monitor CPU Usage or some Performance Counter, RMA should be running under administrator's account.
