When changing the log settings to text format, for both log files (tests and system) a warning window pops up with the following information:

"Warning: Wrong date format encountered in the log file. The system default date format may have been changed"

When pressing the OK button, you have to reload the log file for the line highlighting to work and press OK at the same warning. After this, the analyzer can be used with line highlighting. It seems it is working ok from this point on, until you restart the log analyzer.

Setting the logs back to html does not generate the message, until you change it back to text format.

This happens with existing log files and with new log files (stopped HM deleted the log files, started HM).

I am using HM 4.00b

Found it. Loganalyzer does not read the date time settings from HM. So after setting the date time settings equal to HM, the message no longer appears when using text documents.
