|
|
According to the online documentation, one can execute an HMScript while connected through the TelnetService, and when you type "help" in the TelnetService, ExecuteScript is one of the listed available commands.
However, despite having every permission except modifying other users' permissions, when I try execute a script, entering
ExecuteScript <path to .hms file>
I get the response "no rights"
How do I run an HMScript from the TelnetService? |

We cannot reproduce the problem.
Could you send details to support@ks-soft.net?
We need screenshots of:
- User settings, including all user rights
- Telnet screen (where login user and command result is visible)
Please note, if user rights were modified, telnet connection should be reestablished. |

Screen shot shows you don't have enabled the following permissions:
- disable/enable tests
- start/stop monitoring
