I read where you can import IP's into Ks-Monitor but can I discover network IP range including DNS and TCP ports for each test into Ks-Monitor?.

IP-Tools (http://www.ks-soft.net/ip-tools.eng/index.htm) is useful when you need to discover network. It has TCP/UDP/Ping scanners and many other utilities.
But it cannot generate file with tests for HostMonitor. It will be implemented later.
