Dependent tests just stopped fireing

Post by pspencer008 »

Hi,

We are running Windows Server 2008 R2 Std
Host Monitor V9.90

So I have 2 shell script tests that start at 6am and on an alert profile they run every 10 minutes till they return OK then revert to 6am the following morning.

I have a 3rd test that is dependent on the first 2 tests being alive.

I have the "Recheck Dependent test items" check box ticked in options

So everything was working well and as expected - So the first 2 jobs were running and returned ok then the 3rd job would run no problem
About a week ago the 3rd job just refuses to run automatically (It still runs when you refresh it manually), there has been no changes to HostMonitor as I am the only one with access to it.

I changed the 3rd job to just be dependent on one of the other shell scripts being alive but this hasn't made any difference.

Have you ever come across something like this before?

Thanks

Paul

Probably too many tests with short interval for specified threads limit.
Please start Auditing Tool (menu View) and check for problems

At least HML file with tests + hostmon.ini + holidays.lst + schedule.lst files.
or entire ProgramData\HostMonitor\ folder
Please check HostMonitor menu File->Save (if enabled) before sending file
