Hi,
when some SNMP-Alerts are exists, the webservice dashboard will display this alerts nonstop. only a restart of webservice will solve this issue.
HM itself and RCC Clients does not have this issue.
I use HM 9.10

As I understand correctly, under SNMP-Alerts you mean SNMP Get test items with Bad or Unknown status ?
Could you please explain what do you mean "webservice dashboard will display this alerts nonstop" ?
Do you mean when some folder have "Bad" SNMP Get test items, dashboard shows it in "Red" even after test gets "Ok" status ? |

Hi,
i try to explain it:
i use some SNMP-Trap Tests to receive SNMP-Alerts from some Components.
in HM and RCC Clients this alerts will be "RED" for few seconds. (Good message filter is set to "Timeout 5 sec")
But the Dashboard will shows the SNMP-Trap Test alets in red for a long time (e.g. 5 hours), until i restart the webservice. this issue was not in other versions before 9.10 |

We just retested HostMonitor 9.10 and WebService 3.81 on several systems and we cannot reproduce the problem, everythink works fine
May be your browser does not refresh page for some reason?
Could you send hostmon.ini, webservice.ini and exported test settings (or better entire HML file with tests) to us?
