"license limit" error on tests after license upgra

"license limit" error on tests after license upgra

We recently purchased Enterprise (unlimited updates) upgrade; I then updated the software version to 8.84 and latest RMA agents, and applied the new license.

Since then, several of our tests have started returning "license limit" errors. It is not a server license problem, since some of the other tests are successful on the same machine. It should not be a test licensing problem, since Enterprise should give us 20,000,000 tests and we are running fewer than 400 now.

Are there any other reasons I might be getting this error? And how can we stop it?

(Servers are running Windows Server 2003. Further upgrade to 8.86 had no impact.)

This error means you are using more RMA than allowed by your license. Could you please send request to sales@ks-soft.net?
