|
|
I think I'm going to set up a fan club for 'views' - they are a very powerful feature of HM and we use them a lot...so, for 1st line support they are useful as you can set up a view that indicates slow performance across a range of applications that is digestible and understandable to the less technically minded.
At the same time the selection criteria in a view is incredibly useful for the deep tech's if they want to quickly profile a badly behaving app using a range of alerts spread across different folders. So....
It would be a great feature if multiple views could be created - I'm imagining multiple panes/tabs with collections of associated views -
'Collection of views for 1st line support'
'Collection of views for the business'
'Collection of views for the deep tech's' etc etc
I think that having sub-folders to views would also have a lot of utility.
What do you think? Anyone else a fan of views!?
Many Thanks

Sorry, I do not understand. You already can create as many views as you want.
If you want to see result of several views at once, usually you can create additional view that will show necessary tests. E.g. you can create view for "bad" tests, view for "warning" tests and view for "bad+warning" tests.

Ah! I see, I havent explained, I'll pen an email later;
I understand what you are saying, I'm aware that multiple conditions can be attached to a view.
I'm taking about having a 'windo' function that would allow collectipons of views to be displaed in different windows.

I see.
Ok, I will add this task into "to do" list, not sure about priority (low or medium?).
BTW: Right now you can do the same if you have a lot of RCC licenses, you can use RCC applications to display different Folders or Views. Yes, its not very nice solution.

Hi,
Thanks - unsure what the priority should be though I think this would be a great functionality uplift.
Keep up the good work.
Many Thanks
