We have tested IP-Tools on Vista. Works fine.
You may install the latest version of IP-Tools on Vista without hesitation.

This is "normal" behaviour. Vista does not support some API functions, just like old Windows NT 4 so IP-Tools cannot retrieve process ID.

IP-Tools 2.54 is already available: http://www.ks-soft.net/ip-tools.eng/downpage.htm

Now "Connection Monitor" utility is able to display process name and ID for each TCP/UDP socket on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Also, IPv6 protocol is supported. http://www.ks-soft.net/ip-tools.eng/ipt_news.htm
