In the process of evaluating AHM 5.12. I have setup RMA to monitor serveral remote computers. Works great other than the status changes in the morning. I have the computers set to monitor on a 8-5 M-F schedule. I monitor Ping, HD Space, Memory and CPU. I have every test dependent on the ping test for each computer. The only problem I have is in the morning the Ping test will be successful after 8:00am, but the other test remain in the "Wait for Master" status. I can refresh the folder and everything returns to normal. I gave it till 9:45am today, and no status changed on it's own.
What am I doing wrong? Does the "Trial" Pop-up window effect monitoring? Seems like some test refresh after closing this window. |

Yes, monitoring is paused until you close window.
Probably we can provide trial registration code for several test items...

If that is the cause of the problem then I will not worry about it. I will more than likely purchase the Enterprise version next week.
FWIW, I am very impressed with AHM. Keep up the good work. |
