My syslog file grows rapidly. It contains much unnecessary info, such as : [4/12/2005 10:55:45 AM RCI connection established. Operator: TechOne] even though the "record info for failed actions" is the only choice selected on the Advanced Log Options page. I don't care that the RCI connects successfully each time the web service is refreshed (30 seconds). Am I overlooking a setting somewhere?

Running AHM 5.12 as a service on W2KP os.

There are RCI specific logging options on RCI page in the Options dialog

Another quick repsonse, thank you Alex. Perhaps next time I should give more attention to the documentation. It works just I want it!
