I am trying to save results of an SNMP test to a private text log. I used a filename of .txt and selected "text log file" in the pop-up file save dialog. It creates the file with the specified name, but writes HTML code regardless of the filename. The same thing happens when trying to write .dbf files.
I am trying to log network traffic stats to a file to import into SQL Server to see traffic trends over months, years. I would LOVE it if HostMonitor had a feature to do this directly. HostMonitor is AWESOME!!

Problem fixed, path available at http://www.ks-soft.net/download/hm323b.zip
HostMonitor can record log data using any ODBC data source, but it will record log data for all tests (common log).

Thanks for the fast response and the patch. BTW, I found a way to get HostMonitor to log specific data to an ODBC source. I created an ODBC query event (that always fires) that consists of an INSERT statement.
Thanks again for an awesome product.
One more suggestion: Make it compatible with Windows 2000 terminal services so that remote admin is a possiblility.

Sorry, I forgot about "SQL Query" action.
HostMonitor can work on system with Tesrminal Server. But if you start HostMonitor as a service, you will not be able to interract with the program. I think in fall will be available client to interract with remote instance of HostMonitor.
