Problems checking disk space with UNC-test on Novell

Hello!

We have a mixed Microsoft/Novell network.

I have configured Hostmonitor to use an account (domain\accountname + password) with the proper rights in "Options - Startup - Service".

The problem is that I can only check the MS-servers UNC/free space with this config.

If I remove the "domain" name and only uses "accountname" + "password" I can see free space on Novell-servers but not on MS...

Then I tested to use "domain\accountname + password" in the "Options - Startup - Service"- setting and "accountname + password" setting directly in the tests for the Novell-servers, but even then Hosmonitor cannot connect to the Novell servers.

I am confused, I dont see the logic in this. Can someone help me?

The problem was solved when I installed the full Novell-client. Before I used a "lighter" version...
