how can I compare files from my server to another server thru the agent? I need to check if in another server they have the same file as in mine, how can I put the second path?

You need to compare content of the file? Or you want to check file exists or doesn't?
In 2nd case use simple "File Availability" test method to check file exists or doesn't.
In 1st case you need to share drive and use "Compare Files" test method providing UNC path to the file(s).
E.g.
1st file: c:\database\table1.dbf
2nd file: \\server2\database\table1.dbf
or
1st file: \\server1\database\table1.dbf
2nd file: \\server2\database\table1.dbf
I don't think agent is useful in this case
