What is the best way to update the version of an existing RMA with the latest version of rma_cfg.exe? If you use the agent update feature in the RMA Manager and pick the rma_cfg.exe file it writes that over the rma.exe instead and makes a real mess of things. Do you update the RMA.exe first, then just copy the new rma_cfg.exe manually? Thank you.

Currently, you must do this manually. However, I think Alex has added automating this process to the "To Do" list. See:

Yes, you need to copy rma_cfg.exe manually.
On the other hand you don't need rma_cfg when you have RMA Manager, rma_cfg is necessary when you installing agent.
