You can see the E4 at 63.96.6.250
Unfortunatelly I cannot get any answer from this address...

It's back online now.

You can only configure it via a serial port and I had to take it offline to hook everything up.

Anyway, we found the problem. The firmware in our unit doesn't support snmp. ;)

HostMonitor does not use SNMP protocol to check Model E device, HostMonitor uses HTTP protocol.
But I found the problem, model E4 works a little different then previous versions.
Problem will be fixed in next version of HostMonitor...
