is there any opportunity to receive an email when a new release of HM is available? I tried to find an option to get notified when there are new posts in the release forum, but there is none (btw: V4.6 is not even mentioned there).

We send letters to all customers when we have some important update (e.g. complette new version: 4.0 or 5.0; or we found some critical bug). Usually we just publish information about new version on web site.

We think in the same way, URL or HTTP test with "Check CRC" option - our standard recommendation
