Loss of configuration data when using the <- -> button

Hi,

I just wanted to suggest one more feature:

When you change a test and jump to the next one using the arrow buttons without Applying the changes first, the changes get silently lost.

Could you implement a feature which saves the changes automatically or at least warns the user "Do you really...?"?
