Installer: default to system's program files directory

Hi,

there is one little issue with the installer:

On non-English Windows installations the installer suggests the installation to c:\program files which is not always the default path for programs.

German windows e.g. uses c:\Programme. Perhaps you can change the installer to use %ProgramFiles% to find out the correct path to the program files directory.
