Is it possible that the Security Update MS0519 that is include in SP1
disturb the Internet-Connection?

I think it shold not effect most of tests, such as SMTP, SNMP, POP, IMAP, NetWork Traffic, Process, Services, RADIUS. All these tests use small data packets.
It may have effect (a little change in performance) for tests that monitor big files on remote systems, URL test that monitors some huge web page, etc.
I don't think it can make some real problems.
