How can I do the test RAS? In the "connection" combo there's empty. Maybe I have to install something?

You say you have a connection. I think it's your LAN-connection. You can't monitor your local LAN-connection using RAS-test.

What is the exact name of the connection?

Yes, e.g. with a modem. It could also be with your LAN-card (for e.g. VPN-connections).

I do not understand what you mean by "calls".

If you want to monitor your WAN I recommend using "Ping" or "SNMP".
