|

Hi
I've got two more ideas for hostmonitor.
sorry if they have been mentioned before.
1. the abilitity to add/change tests in the web interface
2. "NT" style access control lists for tests and folders to
e.g. give users read-only or full access
Regards

Yes, we have these tasks in our "to do" list.
But it will not be implemented very soon. May be in spring..

Maybe it will be helpful if one can choose which tests/folders are visible in the webinterface? |

Yes, it would be very helpful to be able
to specify which folders should be visible
for which user.
It would be perfect if it is also possible to add
and modify tests using the web interface.
At the moment we have 3 or 4 people adding tests
and they have to take remote control of the hostmonitor
PC to do that. I don't want them to be able to change
someone else's test.

Item 1 and 3 will be implemented as Folder property, so behavior of Web Service will depends on HostMonitor's settings.
Item 2 is related to Web Service but it will not be implemented soon.
