|The simplest method just copy entire HostMonitor's directory from old system (system A) to the new one (system B).
1 E.g. if application located in directory "C:\Program Files\HostMonitor 4\", copy "HostMonitor 4" folder (with all subfolders) to system B into "C:\Program Files".
2 If you are using HostMonitor version 6+ (7+) and you plan to use "Send SMS (GSM)" action, you need to register KSGsmXLib.OCX using standard regsvr32.exe utility (e.g. execute command like "regsvr32.exe c:\hostmon7\KSGsmXLib.OCX")
3 Start HostMonitor on system B, click menu "Help"->"Lisense"->"Register Now" and enter your registration information.
If you want to run HostMonitor as application, that's it.
4 If you need to start HostMonitor as service, you also need to provide user name and password on Service page in the Options dialog.
4b do not forget to install service using command line "Hostmon.exe /InstallService".
Note1: If you decide to copy files into different directory (e.g. "C:\Program Files\HostMonitor 4\" from system A --> "D:\HostMon4\" on system B), you will probably need to reconfigure some options - path to log files, path to reports, etc.
1 Install software on new system using standard installation program; DO NOT start HostMonitor yet
2 Copy configuration files from old system to new one. Please copy ALL *.HML, *.LST and *.INI files from HostMonitor's folder and subfolders AT ONCE.
The following steps 3, 4, 4b and Note1 remain the same
