Dear Support,
we plan to upgrade our KS Hostmon to the newest version. We got from your sales for that a new license key, but this key is wrong.
In the key what we got there are only 10 RMAs included, but we have in our license 110 RMAs.
I tried to contact several mail address in the last days from you, about this problem, but I still got no answer.
Please help me out.
