Custom Comment Line Labels

My forum and user manual foo is not working well. I distinctly remember being able to add custom names for comment lines in a config/ini file at one point in time and now trying to remember how to do this.

Tried looking all over and simply not finding where that is done.

I have a template of 99 comment lines that have standard input fields I want to preset for all the tests as a standardization.

Just add AlternativeCommentTitles parameter into the [Misc] section of hostmon.ini and restart HostMonitor.
E.g.
[Misc]
AlternativeCommentTitles=address;phone;admin_name;admin_e-mail
