Does IP-Tools display ???? instead of name of the resource? Strange. What version of IP-Tools do you use? And what Windows do you use?

Truth to say I din't find explanation in Microsoft documentation But I have one supposition: may be remote system has installed different language (that is not installed on your system) and resource name on remote system was specified using that language? Does remote system located in your network and you can check settings?
