Could you provide more information, please?
- What exact RMA do you use?
As I can see, you are trying to setup RMA on HP box, right?
- What exact HP server do you use? Processor?
- What exact version of HP-UX is installed om the server?

If you provide use SSH or telnet access to your HP server, we can try to compile the agent for you. Please, send request to support@ks-soft.net

Regards,
Max

Actually, libstdc++ is included into libgcc package. You may download it and install on your server. You may try this link for example: http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/libgcc-4.2.3/
